Fall 2010 Yoga Classes

Class will run Tuesday and Thursday mornings
9:30 to 11:00 a.m.

Beginning September 14/16, 2010

:  email balancecentre@gmail.com to register your interest in attending fall classes


Preparing for class:

come to class with an empty stomach, eating lightly and no sooner than 11/2 hours prior to class

you will need your own yoga mat (try Winners or Home Sense for inexpensive mats)

wear layers

please avoid wearing strong scents as we will be breathing fully

you will be filling out a health history at the first class
