prowess, feeling and doing, honouring and disengaging.  Balance means living within our own evolved idea of integrity, without being
overly smitten with any one aspect of our life.  Every component of our life receives the amount of attention needed to allow it to
support us as we journey along our critical path.

Whether we seek it or not, balance seeks us out.  Many people describe this phenomenon as life teaching its lessons.  When we
have invested too much in our own independence, a romantic interest suddenly presents itself in some irresistible form.  When we
speed along missing the important things of life, an unfortunate accident forces us to contemplate them.  When we deny mounting
pressure to make a decision, someone makes it for us.  When we bury emotion deep within our bodies and don’t attend to it, we
become ill.  All are messages: the nudging of life trying to call us back into the natural state where we belong.  "
